Nobody watched them anyway and the cost/profit margin would be incredible. The Hulman-George family wouldn’t have to invest any money and the owners wouldn’t have to spend any money. We’d have another American champ and Kat Legge would at least have a part-time ride. It just costs too much money to really race. Then next year they could replay 2007 or 2008 and they’d have Danica back in open-wheel! Imagine the ratings then.

It’s going to take more than some tests and the signing of the pointy-haired kid who quit to reignite my interest in the series. I guess my disappointment in the management and ownership of this series is sending me straight into becoming one of the Legions Of The Miserable.
