Why can you not ever acknowledge the obvious greatness at TCGR? Have you ever picked Dario or Dixon to win a race? You lack any credibility by picking TK Briscoe Castroneves for an upset. Get over it. Penske is done. Dario wins another championship!!!!

It’s kinda happened before at Loudon.

1994 again, Mario chops Mansell, wrecks, damage causes Mansell to park it 20 laps later. The only two cars that could touch the Penskes out before 2/3 of the race is done.

I’m hoping for two TCGR DNF’s this weekend. It would be expecially awesome if they took each other out. Fat chance, but a guy can dream, can’t he?

You didn’t mention the restrictor plate race that NASCAR ran at NH in which Jeff Burton led every lap. No one could pass. High comedy.

I rewatched that 1994 race a few weeks back, during the interview with DNF Mike Groff (the guy Sharp vaulted over) theres a large man in a Hartford Whalers jersey mugging for the camera.

It’s the little things that made those Penske romps more enjoyable.

I believe that Chip and The Captain both have their hearts in open-wheel, even if it’s the stock cars that fatten their wallets. They can let the subordinates run the taxicabs while they indulge their passions. (Though that’s a strange thought, considering Mr. “All Business” Penske…)
Uh, I’m having a harder and harder time picking against Dario. Though Dixon might surprise. (If it’s possible for a Dixon victory to be a “surprise.”) Maybe Graham will break through this weekend… All right, no more hedging…

I have to go with Ganassi. Until they hiccup this is their year and as a team they have it all from top to bottom. Some people may not like it, but the Ganassi teams are the best on the track this year. By the way, do you ever notice that Chip and the Captain are always working the INDYCAR races instead of the Cup races when they are on the same weekend?
