		<description><![CDATA[I was a bit confused with his take (or non-take) on your Nashville question. However while addressing ISC and stating that &quot;without Phoenix&quot; there is not a dea,l I can see that RB is on top of the series as well as very protective of it. I agree, too. Without Phoenix then it doesn&#039;t work. Regardless of ISC, though, I think he should take another look at Nashville. Maybe the Nashville GM will do a better job of grinding the track to accomodate side-by-side racing and more passing.]]></description>
