		<description><![CDATA[A race track in Argentina (General Roca) has been not only vandalized a few days ago but partially destroyed: a corrisive substanced was poured on the track, damaging it days before the race. Just like this Auburn tree thing, it was made on purpose, to damage the sport. It&#039;s disgusting.]]></description>

Great post, though, Susan. A lot of people won&#039;t ever understand the 500 until they&#039;ve attended more than once (thinking of my wife here, who got nothing more out of our 2006 trip than a strong desire to not go back for at least a decade; I blame the heat and the extremely drunk lady who was passing out by lap 30 four seats to our left), and some folks&#039;ll never get it. Their loss.]]></description>
