Jim Bob, you are simply repeating UnzerDog’s paddock rumor + assumptions & have not offered any documentation to back up your claims. its your OPINION plain & simple.

RHR has won in CART & the IRL with 2 different team with him as the lead driver. He also had competitive runs in AJ Foyt cars :idea: Cars that even AJ said were “LOST”. Foyt told Paul Tracy that his team was NOT WORTHY of a driver of his skill.

Your OPINION of RHR is way off base & I would say it effects your OPINION of Danica. Numerous top flight drivers are her friends & compliment her abilities. Dario, Michael Andretti, Juan Montoya, don’t back or give advice to losers & the clueless :idea: Is she going to be a series champion :?: NO but that doesn’t put her into the “complete loser” class you & your OPINION has her classified in.

I’ll take the word of numerous race professionals over the OPINION of an internet bench racer Plus I’ll trust the FACTS in forming my OPINIONS :!: :idea:

When Herta and Dario were there, Marco was pretty good. When they left, Marco became very average, very quickly.

Danica and Marco especially are really poor at this skill. Its why she will never make it in NASCAR. She has no clue (and lacks the talent anyway) how to make a average car, good or a bad car, average.

Dario and Dixon can setup a car, Helio,ummm, on occasion. Briscoe is better at it than he, Briscoe still makes stupid mistakes on track. We all know Tony Kanaan setups the Andretti cars. At least they all start with his setup and simply add wing until they can handle it.

I know what you are saying about Brawn… but when the ’09 Brawn GP car failed to stay on pace it was a DRIVER who had to hustle it to a WDC. Also Nico & Schumi look to be the 4th best team in F1 this year (even with Ross still in charge) so a strong blend of BOTH is the obvious answer to the poll question.

The guy managed to team up with all the best drivers and gave them amazing cars to drive. In the same way that A.J. Foyt won with both roadsters and rear-engined cars, Bignotti started making winners out of roadsters in the 60′s (with A.J.’s first two winners, of course) and backwards cars in both the 70′s and 80′s. He’s another example of putting a stellar engineer with a stellar driver and finding success. I bet Bignotti could put a wrench to one of these Dallaras and teach the current crop a thing or two.

Foyt wasn’t an engineer (hell of a mechanic though) and he did just fine. Your girl Milka has quite the impressive background with education and it has helped her tremendously at the back of the field.
